All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in NY within 24 to 48 hours. If you would like to confirm the date that your package was shipped from our warehouse, please e-mail us info@virgin-olive-oil.net
Orders that are mailed in and paid by check are subject to delay to allow time for checks to clear. Please allow up to 10 days for checks to clear. Orders paid by money order will normally be shipped the same day we receive them.
Unless you ask for Express Mail delivery, all orders are sent by U.S. First Class/Priority Mail. First Class/Priority Mail normally takes three to five business days for delivery from the day we ship, but is not guaranteed by the Postal Service.
Shipping costs for First Class/Priority Mail are as follows:
$5.95 (US) for your entire order
If you prefer to use the Express Mail delivery, your total shipping cost will be $22.00 (for Express Mail, when your package leaves our warehouse with in 24 Hours and it is usually overnight delivery). Some heavier items may require additional charges for Express delivery.
Shipping Methods
Orders being shipped within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, will be shipped via USPS First Class/Priority. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. Express Mail is available per your request (overnight delivery to most areas in the Continental US, signature required).
For PO box or APO/FPO addresses within the United States, all orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
All International addresses, including Canada, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico will be shipped Parcel Post via the United States Postal Service. Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery.
